2023
On June 22, 2023, our Oakland team joined the Emeryville Citizens Assistance Program (ECAP) to help provide food to those in need in Emeryville and the surrounding Bay Area communities. We’re proud to support this organization, which serves approximately 300 families/individuals daily, six days a week.
ECAP is a volunteer-run, nonprofit organization that provides nutritious food and referral services to help support the health and well-being of under-served people in Emeryville and other communities from surrounding areas.
2022
Oakland and Larkspur team members completed a huge paint makeover at the new Oakland LGBTQ Center Town Youth Club. This space was recently acquired by the organization to support their programs, including leadership, workshops, and sexual health services. They revamped the space and made it welcoming for all!
Youth programming at the Oakland LGBTQ community center seeks to nurture a pipeline of LGBTQIA youth leaders who will become youth advocates and mentors, using the skills they develop to support, encourage, and inspire the next generation of LGBTQIA youth leaders.
